Andrew Reising

I have worked in the banking/lending industry since graduating from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Finance in 2003. I began my career as a commercial analyst/lender and transitioned to residential real estate as a mortgage loan originator in 2007. I have always produced at a high level by maintaining solid industry relationships while also exceeding my client’s expectations, leading to repeat/referral business.

I work hard to make every purchase transaction a stress-free experience through thoughtful guidance and advice. My goal is to ensure buyers understand the mortgage process, comprehend the loan programs available to them, and have access to the information needed to make informed decisions; all while providing them with the best rates and terms the market has to offer.

My clients have access to Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan options. I am well versed in each program and backed by a highly skilled and experienced underwriting and processing team are on site.

For those applicants that qualify, our ‘Mortgage Masters Express Loan’ program offers the ability to close quickly when needed and has a stated goal of achieving a clear to close in as few as 7 business days for those transactions when time is of the essence.

I was born and raised in Evansville, and currently reside on the East side with my wife and 3 children. I bring an extensive working knowledge of this market that buyers demand when turning to a professional to help guide their home-buying experience.

Karen Strohmeier

Karen has worked in all facets of real estate since moving to Indiana in 2001. After having managed a title company and acting as a licensed Real Estate Agent, she joined the Mortgage Masters Team in 2009 as Production Manager. She managed pipeline processing production and facilitated the closing of hundreds of mortgages until she decided to follow her calling to originate loans early in 2016.

As a licensed Loan Originator, Karen brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise to her clients because of her extensive background and believes this is the key to her success in aiding her buyers through what can potentially be a stressful and confusing experience. She is dedicated to ensuring they thoroughly understand the loan process from start to finish and walk away satisfied and happy homeowners!

In her free time, Karen enjoys traveling with her husband of 28 years who is a retired police officer. Together they’ve raised 5 children, adopted a sixth and excitedly look forward to welcoming more grandchildren into their crazy lives!

Matt Kreyling

Matt joined Mortgage Masters in 2015, bringing with him the experience gained in 20+ years in the financial services industry. He is licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Indiana, Kentucky and Florida. Matt began his career at American General Finance (now Springleaf Financial Services) in 1989 as a Business Analyst. After stints in the Treasury, Budget & Planning and Accounting departments, Matt began working in the Risk Management division, ultimately rising to Vice President in 2008. Matt believes that listening is the most important part of communication, and his many years of experience in the consumer finance business make him well aware that many past credit problems can be overcome with knowledge, effort and the passage of time.

Matt is an Evansville native, and currently resides in Newburgh with his wife and two very spoiled dogs. When he’s not busy helping his clients achieve their home ownership goals, Matt enjoys fitness training and watching the players on his fantasy football team dominate the competition.

David Schauss

I've been married for 30 years and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. We love animals and currently have 5 dogs and 3 cats living in the house with us. All of our animals are rescues. I have been in the mortgage business since 1996 and have worked hard to establish relationships with realtors and home buyers because my goal is to make the process as painless as possible and to be there for them not just during the loan process but for years after that. I especially like working with first time home buyers because their excitement makes me work even harder to make it what it should be a joyous occasion.

Paul Castrup

Paul has lived in the Newburgh and Evansville area his entire life. Paul lives in Newburgh with his son Brayden.

Paul has over 18 years’ experience in the sales and finance industry and has developed many long-term clients and friends that he works hard to help with financial needs. He understands buying a home is one of the most important decisions of your life and prides himself on being there for his customers before, during, and after the purchase or refinance of their home. Providing excellent customer service is especially important to him.

In his spare time, Paul loves to travel and is a big St. Louis Cardinals and Green Bay Packers fan, or as he likes to say, co-owner because he owns one whole share of the team.

Margie Case

Margie lives near Vincennes on five acres with her husband Brad, dog Jedd, and a couple of chickens. Her diverse career includes seventeen years in mortgage banking and twelve years in the insurance business. She is currently a licensed Insurance Agent as well as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Her extensive business knowledge will be essential to helping you find the best solution for your mortgage needs.

Margie currently serves on the Board of Directors for United Way of Knox County and is the treasurer for both The Stand Up Foundation and the Isaiah 117 House – two non profit organizations who work to assist foster children and foster families in southern Indiana.

She loves Jesus, her family, and living in the country. She spends her spare time mowing, gardening, and figuring out ways to spoil her seven grandchildren.

Ashley Brendel

Ashley is an Evansville native and lives on the west side with her family. She started her career in the mortgage industry in 2016 and has experience in many aspects of the business. She has worked as a loan processor and also as an assistant to a number of other mortgage loan originators prior to obtaining her license. Her goal is to take the stress out of buying or refinancing by making the process as smoothly as possible. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her high-school sweetheart turned husband, their 3 children, and their family pet an English Bulldog affectionately referred to as Big Mar.

Bobbi Carney

I started my career in the Mortgage Industry in January 1984. During that time, I have seen just about every market condition that could exist and have helped people achieve their goals through all types of markets.
